Call for pricing and availability. Next round of beef will be processed in June 2024 after finishing on good spring grasses. Cost is $6 on the hanging weight (approximately $3000 per beef, divide for halves and quarters). This cost covers processing. Deposit required, call Kyle to discuss availability.

Pasture raised Cornish Cross broilers, sold by whole bird or individual cuts. This is the healthiest poultry that you can feed your family because of their diet and the production model. Pick up day of processing and fill your freezer! Prices below are per pound.

Sold by the tractor bucket only. $30 per bucket load. Must pick up. Call for availability.

Custom sawmilling available for your logs. Customer transports. Mill can handle logs 24" in diameter and 12' long. Price is $10 per log (regardless of size) plus $.50 on the linear foot of all lumber you take home. If you need lumber but don't have logs, call to discuss placing an order.

Pork will be raised approximately April-November. These pigs are raised by being rotated through the woods, foraging and rooting, and enjoying their time here at Redemption Farm. Price will be $4 on the hanging weight which covers pig and basic processing. Customer covers price of value added items, i.e. cured products like bacon and any sausage. Available in whole or half pigs. Generally a whole pig will have a 250lb hanging weight plus or minus. Deposit of $300 per half is required. Call for availability.
